In this role you will act as a trusted advisor for Fluke FPC key accounts, focusing on adoption, retention, and revenue growth. You will shape success plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. The position supports Fluke’s customer success strategy in a dynamic, international environment. - Establish trusted advisor relationships with Fluke FPC customers to meet or exceed expectations
- Increase adoption, retention, and revenue through key accounts
- Develop customer success plans outlining critical success and growth factors
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all organizational levels
- Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize with the team
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor Degree (Business field preferred)
- 1-2 years in a B2B environment in the professional industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Previous experience with CRM (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce)
- German language required and fluency in English
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical/shared solutions
- Ability to work independently with supervision, accountability and organization
