Overview
In this role at Givaudan Ede, you support Food Safety and Quality Management Systems to safeguard product quality. You will work with the Quality team to improve processes, lead investigations and drive corrective actions. You’ll conduct audits and participate in certifications, helping foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This hands-on position offers cross-functional collaboration and meaningful impact on our cheese powder business and broader quality goals.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Support Food Safety and Quality Management Systems on site
- Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints
- Conduct quality investigations and implement corrective actions; drive improvement initiatives
- Perform internal and supplier audits; participate in customer and certification audits (GMP, GLP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000)
- Promote a culture of quality, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the Quality team
- Support Quality initiatives for site and regional teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management or related function within food manufacturing
- Bachelor in Chemistry (or related field)
- Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge beneficial
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to Quality and Food Safety
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities (Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement)
