Overview
In this role you drive tender-driven EPC projects by bridging contract management with technical insight. You will support the Sales & Project team from early opportunity through award and handover, shaping technical and commercial solutions for BESS deployments. You work with internal and external stakeholders to align scope, cost, and specifications, while contributing to continuous improvement of tender practices. You join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial unit backing Rolls-Royce’s energy-transition ambitions and its Benelux footprint.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyze tender and contract documents to identify risks, obligations, and deviations
- Coordinate contractual and technical alignment with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Translate client requirements into technical and functional solutions with the sales and engineering team
- Ensure alignment between technical scope, cost calculations, specifications, and contractual commitments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tender and contract management practices
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in a project or engineering environment with experience in contract management, cost calculations, and commercial proposals
- Minimum Bachelor's degree level (HBO or equivalent)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (advantage)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
