Overview
As Senior Consultant in Practice Management, you will own a portfolio of Dutch accounting firms, maximizing value from our software and driving growth. You act as a trusted advisor, lead complex projects, and influence product development through customer feedback. You will foster long-term relationships, boost adoption, and reduce churn while supporting pre-sales and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers ownership, strategic impact, and opportunities to shape product roadmaps in a global, collaborative environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead implementation and optimization of Practice Management software for customers
- Manage and develop relationships with accounting and tax professionals
- Translate customer challenges into software solutions as a strategic advisor
- Support pre-sales activities and customer engagements
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand solution adoption
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, demos, and training
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver projects
- Drive process improvements and support change/transformation
- Provide customer insights to Product and Research for roadmaps
- Support product testing and quality assurance for rollouts
- Mentor less experienced colleagues
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Proven experience in a senior consulting, business consulting, or client-facing advisory role
- Knowledge of the Dutch Tax & Accounting market
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities and customer solution discussions
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate customer processes into software solutions
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused thinking
