Overview
In this role you attract, source, and hire tech talent for Exact’s Technology organization, spanning software, data, and cloud domains. You collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment with our growth and innovation goals, and you enhance the candidate experience while strengthening employer branding. Working in an international TA team, you drive proactive sourcing and maintain a high-quality talent pool to support current and future needs. You’ll help shape how Exact attracts top tech talent in a fast-growing, global software environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to hiring
- Advise management on recruitment strategies and market developments
- Represent Exact at educational institutions and networks
- Support and strengthen employer branding and EVP
- Develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and other channels
- Ensure accurate administration of recruitment activities
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pools
- Participate in TA projects to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven ability to build relationships across an international organization and with educational institutions
- Strategic thinking with pragmatic execution under tight deadlines
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Dutch language proficiency is a strong advantage and Dutch work permit
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar channels (plus)
