Overview
As Strategy Manager at Exact, you shape and drive the company’s strategic agenda in collaboration with senior leadership. You’ll tackle high-impact topics such as growth strategy, product and portfolio strategy, pricing, and M&A to create long-term value. This role bridges strategy, data, and execution, offering ownership of outcomes and close work with the Executive Committee. You’ll operate in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to shaping the company’s strategic roadmap.

- Shape and drive Exact's strategic agenda in collaboration with senior leadership
- Lead high-impact topics: growth, product/portfolio strategy, pricing and packaging, M&A, long-term value creation
- Own end-to-end strategic delivery and follow-through of initiatives
- Collaborate with Executive Committee and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into action
- Identify interdependencies and opportunities to improve performance
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree
- Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management
- Experience in end-to-end project delivery
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably at a (strategic) consultancy
