Overview
In this role you support international clients through a broad suite of corporate legal services within a trusted fiduciary context. You will work with an experienced team to manage client portfolios, draft standard legal documents, and oversee compliance processes. You contribute to high-quality service delivery by coordinating with accountants, tax advisors, and notaries, and by actively participating in client board meetings. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage day-to-day affairs of client companies
- Draft standard legal documents (proxies, board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, agreements)
- Coordinate appointments/resignations of directors
- Oversee incorporations, share transfers, liquidations
- Review third-party drafted documents
- Maintain and review compliance files
- Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisors, notaries
- Monitor client transactions and escalate to specialists as needed
- Attend client board meetings and prepare minutes
- Attend meetings with clients and advisors
Belangrijkste vereisten
- At least 2 years experience in a legal account management function within a fiduciary services company in the Netherlands
- Effective communication across all levels of the business
- Master Degree in Dutch corporate and/or tax law
- Strong English; Dutch language is a plus
- Thorough understanding of Dutch corporate law
