Overview
In this role you will provide change management support for EuroQCI activities, acting as secretariat for key boards and performing change impact analyses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare agendas, capture input, and document decisions, while assessing both programmatic and technical impacts of changes. This position offers exposure to a high-profile European space program and a dynamic, international work environment. You will shape how changes are managed from concept to implementation.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Secretariat support to the EuroQCI Engineering Board and PCCB (agendas, logistics, document distribution)
- Collect and consolidate input documentation and prepare Minutes of Meeting
- Track actions and decisions and report on status
- Perform programmatic impact analyses (schedule, cost, resources)
- Perform technical impact analyses (requirements, architecture, design trade-offs, V&V impacts)
- Describe proposed changes, list assumptions, and provide conclusions and recommendations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in project management or change management
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus
