Overview
As Electrical QA/QC Supervisor, you will lead quality assurance for mission-critical data centre builds in Europe. You’ll ensure design and installation compliance with Dutch regulations and IEC/EN standards, guiding on-site testing and commissioning. You will coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to hit quality milestones and drive continuous improvement. This role on-site in Amsterdam connects engineering excellence with hands-on QA/QC leadership, shaping safe, reliable data centre infrastructure.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Review electrical designs, specs, and installation activities for compliance with Dutch regs and IEC/EN standards
- Supervise inspection and testing of electrical systems (containment, cabling, switchgear, LV/MV, UPS, generators) and witness FATs, pre- and final commissioning
- Maintain QA/QC records (test reports, ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, as-builts) per handover requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, project managers, and commissioning engineers to meet quality milestones and resolve issues
- Conduct internal audits and support external QA/QC inspections; drive improvements and lessons learned into future work packages
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on data centres or large-scale construction projects
- EU Passport or RTW in the Netherlands
- Stakeholder coordination
