Overview
In this role you will oversee CSA fit-out contracts across Ireland, Norway and the Netherlands for high-tech data centre projects. You’ll ensure commercial, contractual and operational delivery within a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. You will engage with clients, design teams and subcontractors to drive on-time, on-spec project outcomes. The position offers international travel and a rotational package, with a clear impact on Europe’s mission-critical facilities.

- Administer main contracts and subcontract agreements ensuring obligations are met across each project lifecycle
- Oversee CSA fit-out delivery across multiple sites to meet specification, budget and milestones
- Lead procurement strategies for CSA work packages including tendering, subcontractor appointment and performance management
- Serve as primary liaison for clients, design teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor progress, financial performance, variations, claims and risks with proactive mitigation and reporting
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years’ CSA fit-out experience on large-scale construction projects (preferably data centres)
- Relevant degree level qualifications
