Overview
In this role, you manage end-to-end payables for multiple entities, ensuring timely payments and adherence to SOX controls. You work closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA to verify invoices, maintain AP data, and resolve discrepancies. You will input documents in Basware and Oracle ERP, support end-of-month closing, and share knowledge to help colleagues. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Assess, verify and process invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, refunds, advanced payments and expense reports from various offices and sites in EMEA
- Input data/invoices into Basware and Oracle ERP
- Maintain accurate AP subledgers
- Prepare invoices for payment accurately and in due time
- Follow up on unpaid and late invoices
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with site staff as needed
- Ensure appropriate authorizations per contractual obligations
- Contribute to AP month/quarter/year end closing and reporting
- Collaborate with Project team to improve processes
- Provide trainings and guidance to teammates when needed
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Accounts Payable experience (2 years or more)
- Professional level English
- Experience with Oracle
- Intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Residence- and work permit for the Netherlands
