Overview
As Sales Manager for Benelux, you lead a mid-market sales team to accelerate digital transformation in AECO across the region. You will drive GTM execution, strategic accounts, and portfolio expansion, partnering with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet growth targets. Your role focuses on building executive-level relationships and guiding the team to win new business and upsell to existing clients. You will leverage AI productivity tools to shape how regional clients build for the future, delivering measurable impact for Trimble and its customers.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and grow market share in Benelux
- Execute go-to-market strategies and account planning for new and expanding accounts
- Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with decision-makers in small and mid-market clients
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline metrics to forecast and drive results
