Overview
In this role you will shape Service Marketing and Growth for GEA's Pharma and Food Applications Division. You will bridge Marketing, Service, Sales, Product Management and Digital Marketing to convert customer insights into qualified opportunities. You will develop scalable strategies across four business units, analyze installed base and lifecycle opportunities, and launch pilots to enable repeatable growth. You will define KPIs and tie activities to measurable impact, influencing Service revenue and customer value.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and execute the Service Marketing & Growth Strategy across four business units
- Analyze installed base to identify opportunities for service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, retrofits and digital services
- Create value propositions, lifecycle programs, customer journeys and campaigns that activate, retain and re-engage customers
- Collaborate with Service Sales, Business Unit Marketing and Digital Marketing to convert opportunities into campaigns and nurture leads
- Launch pilots and scale repeatable approaches based on customer insights
- Define Service Marketing KPIs and link activities to qualified opportunities, pipeline and commercial impact
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, commercial growth or go-to-market roles
- Experience in international industrial, capital-equipment or complex B2B environments
- Strong understanding of service, aftermarket, installed-base, lifecycle or portfolio marketing
- Experience with CRM, customer segmentation, marketing automation, lifecycle management and pipeline measurement
- Strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English; Dutch or German is an advantage
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing or Business
