Overview
In this high-visibility role, you lead internal audits across Europe and the Americas to strengthen governance and drive performance improvements. You shape Teijin’s global audit approach and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, working closely with Corporate Audit in Japan and Teijin executives worldwide. You will ensure consistency and quality of global audit activities while developing the regional audit team. This is an opportunity to shape the company’s risk and control framework in a multinational manufacturing context.

- Lead internal audits across Europe and the Americas
- Strengthen internal controls and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Evaluate financial reporting processes and advise on control frameworks
- Guide senior leaders on governance, compliance, and risk management
- Coordinate with external auditors and the Audit & Supervisory Committee
- Ensure consistency and quality across global audit activities
- Lead, coach, and develop the audit team
- Contribute to the evolution of Teijin’s global audit function

- 10+ years of professional business experience
