As a Software Designer, you craft smart software for complex high-tech products and machines. You collaborate with cross-functional teams across Nijmegen, Enschede, and Zwolle, delivering reliable solutions from concept to deployment. You shape modules and guide junior engineers, bridging architects and developers to translate requirements into feasible designs. This role blends technical depth with leadership, offering meaningful impact on cutting-edge domains.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate requirements into innovative software concepts during the project concept phase
- Serve as a technical bridge between architects and engineers
- Take ownership of a module/subsystem across the full software development lifecycle
- Coach and mentor (senior) engineers within the team
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of technical software development experience
- 4–5 years in Semicon, Medical, or Analytical domains
- Proficiency in at least two of C#, C++, or Java
- Knowledge of Design Patterns, UML, and Agile methodologies
- Capability to coach junior engineers
- Team player with goal-focused mindset
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Valid European driver's license and willingness to travel
