Overview
In this role you will lead the digital transformation of the WEEM supply chain, shaping the strategy and road map to leverage data, analytics, and process innovation. You will partner with data science, data engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver adoption and measurable improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will drive cross-country execution, ensuring solutions are implemented and continuously improved. This is a chance to influence planning domains from demand to transportation at scale within a global team.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap for the WEEM supply chain aligned to the business strategy
- Analyze and redesign supply chain processes to boost efficiency, agility and responsiveness through digital tools
- Lead training, support and change management with IT, operations and business stakeholders
- Drive adoption across countries to ensure full implementation and continuous improvement of digital solutions
- Support data-driven decision making by evaluating models, providing feedback, and building analytics capabilities
- Communicate transformation vision and progress to senior leadership and zone stakeholders
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management with at least 4 years in leadership roles, preferably in demand and supply planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Solid business acumen with understanding of demand/supply planning processes
- Proven experience with o9 Solutions, specifically in demand planning and forecasting
