Overview
As Transformational Change Manager, you lead end-to-end transformation efforts across client organizations, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver human-centered change at scale. You’ll partner with C-level stakeholders to align vision, drive adoption, and realize measurable business outcomes through agile, tech-enabled strategies. This role blends leadership coaching, program delivery, and business development within Accenture Reinvention Services to reshaping future-ready workforces and operating models. You will work with diverse industries on large, complex transformations and be part of a global, collaborative team.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead transformation journeys across ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, and digital transformations
- Develop holistic, agile change strategies addressing culture, ways of working, and readiness for the future
- Drive leadership alignment, activate change through insight-driven approaches and AI-enabled methods
- Shape workforce design, reskilling/upskilling for new operating models (e.g., S/4HANA, GBS) and future roles
- Enable technology change through enterprise-wide implementations and digital learning platforms
- Leverage data analytics to measure adoption, sentiment, and transformation impact
- Manage stakeholder relationships with C-level executives and client teams; oversee account health and growth opportunities
- Drive business development: identify opportunities, respond to RFPs, craft proposals, shape go-to-market strategies
- Lead and coach diverse teams and collaborate with international colleagues in dynamic environments
- Support flexible, travel-enabled on-site delivery when required
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience including project management
- Demonstrated organizational change, future workforce, or HR transformation experience
- Consulting experience with end-to-end project-based delivery
- Fluent in Dutch and English
