Overview
In this role you lead technology delivery and transformation projects for public sector and healthcare clients, shaping end-to-end programs from design to operation. You collaborate across Accenture’s service groups to drive IT transformations, data-driven decision making, and value delivery. You mentor cross-functional teams and help grow the Industry Group’s capabilities while aligning with public-sector regulations and pursuits. This is a hands-on role with in-person collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead end-to-end delivery projects focusing on business value, timelines, budgets, and quality
- Manage day-to-day project delivery while aligning with client and Accenture expectations
- Collaborate with Service Groups to drive IT transformations (data/AI, security, cloud)
- Lead implementation from design to support in partnership with Strategy & Consulting
- Promote data-driven decision making and embed analytics into client operations
- Mentor and empower consultants in the H&PS group and contribute to team growth
- Engage with clients and stakeholders across public sector and healthcare domains
- Balance in-person collaboration with flexible work arrangements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Relevant experience in technology project management in Health and Public Sector
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and challenges in H&PS
- Consulting skills: financial acumen, structured/abstract thinking, analytical/creative problem solving, project management and communication
- Proven affinity with Digital/IT and technology
- Fluency in Dutch
- Bonus: strong network within Health and Public Sector
