Overview
In this role you will manage a prestigious client within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services in Amsterdam, ensuring service delivery that meets or exceeds SLAs. You will drive cross-functional performance, maintain strong client relationships, and oversee the portfolio’s risk and contractual compliance. The position emphasizes uptime, continuous improvement, and the integration of automation to enhance processes. You will mentor the team, lead client meetings, and shape value-added services to support the client’s operations and objectives. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on service excellence and client satisfaction.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide customer service delivery per SLA and strive for excellence
- Direct liaison with client operations and engineering facilities management
- Lead and own subcontractor, contractor, and client meetings
- Ensure 100% uptime and drive performance excellence across the portfolio
- Oversee records, accounts, and management information in agreed formats
- Manage site portfolio risk and escalate to the Employer as needed
- Develop and mentor team, maintain qualifications and succession planning
- Identify opportunities to improve automation in processes
- Oversee escalations and incident reporting to the client
- Deliver added value beyond contract service levels
