Overview
In this role you advise corporate HR, Tax and Global Mobility on cross-border tax and social security matters for internationally mobile employees. You will interact directly with clients and taxpayers, translating complex tax rules into practical guidance. As a bridge between individuals, internal stakeholders, and tax authorities, you will develop niche expertise in global mobility and work with international teams and AI-enabled tools to deliver efficient services. This is a fast-paced, international role with opportunities to shape advisory practice and client outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Advise on wage tax, personal income tax, and social security implications for international hires, expats, remote workers, and board activities.
- Interface with clients and taxpayers to translate technical tax concepts into actionable solutions.
- Act as a conduit between individuals, internal stakeholders, and tax authorities.
- Develop niche expertise in global mobility tax and understand its day-to-day impacts on employees and employers.
- Collaborate with international teams and leverage technology, data, and AI-enabled tools to deliver high-quality services.
- Contribute to the broader strategy around global mobility and advisory services.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law
- Good knowledge of income tax, double taxation agreements and wage tax
- Up to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Accurate, proactive mindset, strong writing skills and practical, hands-on attitude
- Team-oriented but able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and good English (speaking and writing)
