Overview
In this role you will design, implement and maintain Leaseweb’s Public Cloud infrastructure, focusing on Linux, networking, and virtualization to deliver reliable, scalable cloud services. You will lead complex operational tasks, manage on-call responsibilities, and collaborate with a DevOps team to build accessible, autonomous platforms via API and Customer Portal. Your work directly supports a scalable cloud that meets user needs and quality standards. This is an opportunity to shape resilient infrastructure within a flat, entrepreneurial culture.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design, implement and monitor Public Cloud infrastructure
- Lead repetitive/complex operational tasks
- Ensure service availability across the Public Cloud
- Regular on-call duty
- Identify improvements and structural issues and propose solutions
- 3rd line incident support
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience with Python for automation and testing (or Golang)
- Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu preferred)
- Strong virtualization knowledge (KVM, QEMU, libvirt)
- Experience with configuration management (Chef, Kubernetes)
- Experience with managing MySQL and Galera cluster
- Switch management (Arista/Juniper)
- Experience with monitoring platforms: Prometheus, Nagios/Icinga
- Driven to improve quality and prevent incidents
- Good English communication
