Overview
In this role you will lead a small team to deliver high-impact supply chain projects across Europe AFH. You will manage complex initiatives from launches to CAPEX and cost-savings, ensuring feasibility from a supply chain perspective. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and track progress against KPIs. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a chance to shape the AFH Pod strategy in a fast-paced environment. You will drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to enable efficient execution.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and develop a team of 2 project managers, guiding execution aligned with strategic objectives
- Plan and deliver high-complexity projects including new product launches, CAPEX, cost savings, and supply chain changes
- Manage relationships with Head of AFH, BUs, peers and senior leadership to secure buy-in
- Provide transparent progress updates and KPIs to Growth LT and key stakeholders
- Represent Supply Chain in AFH topics and ensure project feasibility and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts (demand forecasting, supply management, engineering) as needed
- Align team efforts with AFH Pod strategy and organizational goals
- Foster collaboration among SC, operations and manufacturing to implement best practices and continuous improvement
Belangrijkste vereisten
- EU Working Permit
- Bachelor or Master
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in supply chain
- Experience in both project management and operations (factory, logistics or planning)
- Strong communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing indirect teams
- Strong business acumen
- English and preferably a 3rd language
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with senior management
- Ability to simplify complex problems and implement fast
