Overview
In this role you will define and drive Adyen’s long-term supply chain capability roadmap, aligning commercial, product, and operations to translate needs into strategic initiatives. You’ll identify gaps, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and lead cross-functional execution to scale global capabilities. You will bridge product, commercial, finance, tech, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and impact. The role offers involvement across pilots to full rollout with measurable outcomes in a globally deployed function.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the long-term supply chain capability vision and multi-year roadmap, balancing customer needs with operational feasibility
- Scope and prioritize new initiatives, craft requirements and business cases, engage external partners as needed
- Drive execution from pilots to scaled rollout, coordinate cross-functional delivery and manage change
- Define performance metrics and SLAs, establish governance to monitor and audit deployed capabilities
- Serve as the cross-functional bridge between product, commercial, and supply chain teams, maintaining roadmap transparency
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations and project management
- Proven track record building and managing supply chain capabilities in multi-channel industries
- Ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps and actionable execution
- Experience running workshops, scoping projects, and aligning cross-functional teams
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and tactical delivery balance
- Data-driven decision-making, business case creation, and prioritization trade-offs
