Overview
As a Stockroom Sales Consultant, you ensure stock is organized, replenished, and accessible, while supporting customers on the floor when needed. You work closely with the store team to uphold adidas standards and drive sales. You contribute to a high-energy, inclusive retail environment, balancing stock operations with customer engagement. This role offers development across retail, office, and distribution, within a brand that values people, innovation, and sustainability.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping to high standards and manage stock replenishment on designated areas
- Process incoming deliveries and conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging customers in line with adidas values
- Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and achieve store goals
- Own learning by completing training and applying it on the shop floor
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience in sport or fashion retail with commercial focus
- Retail or stockroom operations experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment via visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help on the shop floor
