Overview
As Product Manager for the Databricks Runtime team in Amsterdam, you will own the end-to-end product management process for a data-centric platform. You’ll gather customer requirements, shape long-term strategy, define roadmaps, and partner with engineering to deliver market-ready features. You’ll drive launches with product marketing and measure OKRs to demonstrate impact on petabyte-scale data workflows. You will work cross-functionally to simplify data processing and governance at scale, contributing to a mission to unify data, analytics and AI.

- Gather customer requirements and design features with engineering
- Define product roadmaps and long-term strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional activities from vision to launch
- Drive product launches with marketing (blog posts, release notes, webinars)
- Define and measure OKRs for your products
- Prioritize features to reduce cost and time for ETL and machine learning workflows
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar field
- Experience in inbound/outbound product management and cross-functional processes
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Strong data analysis and operationalization skills (SQL, rollups, dashboards)
