Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the cross-Engineering AI adoption strategy and drive alignment across domains
- Define and build a measurement framework to make AI impact visible and decision-driving
- Lead delivery of an AI toolset integrated into daily workflows and run data-driven trials
- Move AI from optional to expected by reducing adoption blockers and setting quality guardrails
- Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, balancing pace, quality, and risk
- Ensure platform reliability, safety, compliance, and security at scale

- Significant senior-level experience in technical program or project management with end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs
- Software engineering or engineering management experience
- Degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or equivalent practical experience

- Proven track record in driving large cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments
