Overview
In this role you will serve as a trusted Workday advisor within the Success Plans team, helping customers maximize value from their Workday investments. You will deliver targeted micro consulting, demonstrations, and configuration guidance to drive adoption and business outcomes. You’ll translate complex Workday concepts into clear guidance and create engaging sessions to accelerate customer success. You will work closely with customers on ongoing enablement programs and contribute to new initiatives that scale value and adoption across products.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Research customer questions to understand Workday concepts and context
- Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
- Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
- Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
- Maintain Workday expertise and certifications; stay aligned with product roadmap
- Contribute to new programs that drive customer feature adoption
- Deliver additional Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, configuration reviews, deployment of features)
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years building and maintaining Prism Analytics
- 3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
- 5+ years HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing for enterprise apps
- 3+ years IT implementation experience
- 3+ years software consulting experience
- Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian or German
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one: Workday HCM, Workday Financial, Workday Reporting
- Ability to grasp Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear customer presentations
- Ability to multitask across engagements
- Strong critical thinking to navigate complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
