Overview
In this role you will strengthen and manage a key Benelux customer relationship within Kraft Heinz, driving sustainable, profitable growth through portfolio optimization and strategic account plans. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align portfolio developments, forecast demand, and lead annual negotiations. The position offers exposure to senior leadership, a fast-paced environment, and a hybrid work model in Amsterdam. You will play a pivotal role in shaping long-term customer strategies and delivering measurable impact for the business.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Strengthen the relationship with a major Benelux customer
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth through portfolio management and execution of strategic plans
- Identify opportunities using analytical insights (Nielsen/IRI)
- Develop long-term sales plans and adapt activities to meet objectives
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on portfolio, forecasting, demand planning, and marketing activities
- Co-lead annual negotiations with the Customer Group Manager
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor degree (minimal)
- 5–7 years of relevant FMCG commercial experience with retail customers
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction
- Ability to push back and simplify complex challenges
