Overview
As a Sr. Project Manager at Allucent, you coordinate and drive clinical trials from start-up through delivery, predominantly in Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology and Infectious Diseases. You lead cross-functional teams, ensuring scope, timelines and quality align with contracts and regulatory standards. You partner with sponsors, vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize resources, risk management and study delivery. This role offers impact through shaping trial execution for diverse therapies while operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will help transform trial delivery by upholding GCP compliance and fostering strong collaborative solutions.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead project teams to deliver within scope and timelines per contract
- Create and execute project management plans following established processes
- Ensure quality, SOP, GCP and regulatory compliance across projects
- Establish clear communication and escalation with stakeholders
- Contribute to study documents (protocol, CRF, MRM, CSR)
- Oversee project-specific training plans and vendor management
- Manage vendor identification, qualification, and relationships
- Balance resources and monitor project progress with status reporting
- Control study budgets and monthly invoicing
- Develop and monitor risk management plans and scope-change processes
- Serve as primary sponsor-facing contact and ensure inspection readiness
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare and/or business
- 5+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years drug development/clinical research; 3+ years in clinical trial PM
- CRA experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Strong financial acumen, analytics and administrative skills
- Experience across full-cycle clinical trial delivery (Start-up to Close-out)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; fluent English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
