Overview
In this role you drive logistics process and system improvements across RLGE Europe, aligning local operations with Group initiatives. You will design, test and implement new flows and solutions, acting as the regional SME for SAP, automation and process optimization. You’ll partner with multiple functions to standardize ways of working and deliver measurable efficiency gains. This is a pivotal role for advancing the European logistics transformation and digitalization effort within a luxury-house network.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and implement new logistics activities, flows and systems to support business needs across Maisons and logistics teams
- Act as regional SME for projects, automation and SAP optimization in collaboration with IT and Group Logistics
- Represent RLGE in Group/Regional initiatives and workshops to test and align logistics solutions
- Facilitate best-practice sharing between local markets and Group Logistics
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization and harmonization across RLGE sites
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives delivering efficiency, accuracy and compliance gains
- Represent RLGE Europe within the Logistics Operating Model (LOM) and align with RDC and Local Logistics
- Manage 2 direct reports (Regional Key User and an intern)
- Collaborate with Finance, ICS, IT, Customer Services, E-Commerce, Maisons and external partners to implement improvements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent operational experience
- 5-10 years of logistics experience in regional or international environment
- Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (MM, WM, EWM); automation and data analytics experience a plus
- Strong process improvement background; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across diverse audiences
- Awareness of sustainability policies and practices
