Overview

As a Solution , you will shape the People Technology platform by designing scalable, secure, API-first Workday integrations. You will own the end-to-end architecture and drive integration patterns with MuleSoft to connect Workday with enterprise systems. You’ll enable intelligent automation and AI-enabled employee experiences through Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and AI services. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to set standards, governance, and a forward-looking tech roadmap, influencing strategic decisions.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Define and own the People Technology API strategy and API-first architecture across HR systems.
• Architect reusable APIs to connect Workday with enterprise platforms.
• Own the end-to-end Workday solution architecture across the People Technology landscape.
• Set architecture standards, design principles, and governance for Workday implementations.
• Lead solution design for complex business initiatives and transformation programs.
• Partner with HR, Technology and business stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Establish integration patterns for real-time, event-driven and batch data exchange.
• Design secure, scalable integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop API lifecycle governance, monitoring and security standards.
• Promote reusable integration assets and best practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct architecture reviews and deliver technical assurance.
• Maintain technology roadmaps for the People Technology platform.
• Produce architecture documentation and integration specifications.
• Influence senior stakeholders on technology direction and investment.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and product teams on strategic initiatives.
• Provide hands-on leadership across the Workday ecosystem (Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP, RaaS, Calculated Fields, BPF, security).
• Lead development and support of inbound/outbound/event-driven integrations with best practices and governance.
• Drive innovation with Workday Extend, Orchestrate, AI capabilities, and MCP-based interoperability.

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Workday integrations.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing MuleSoft integrations.
• Deep hands-on Workday integration expertise.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Cloud Connect, Workday REST and SOAP APIs, RaaS, and Workday security.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-first architectures.
• Experience designing secure RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML security standards.
• Experience integrating Workday with enterprise apps, cloud platforms and SaaS.
• Excellent knowledge of integration architecture, data modeling and event-driven design.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and governance discussions.
• Workday Pro certifications.
