You join QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey to help clients transform their businesses with cutting-edge software and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with a global team of technologists to develop scalable products, coach client teams, and shape engineering cultures across industries. You’ll deliver hands-on software across frontend, backend, and cloud, while promoting best practices in testing, observability, and Agile delivery. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Collaborate with a global network to translate digital ambitions into tangible products and services
- Develop software from ground up and mentor client teams on engineering best practices
- Coach client teams on user-centric design and Agile values
- Participate in cross-functional problem-solving with client leadership to shape digital strategies
- Help build scalable teams and engineering cultures for long-term success
- Work hands-on with clients to deliver solutions across multiple industries
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience with readable, testable, scalable code
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on skills across frontend and backend technologies and databases
- Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including Docker and CI/CD
- Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and system reliability
- Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies
- Experience pair programming and strong time management; excellent English communication
