Overview
As Services Security Director, you lead global security practices for the Services department, shaping standards and educating teams and customers. You report to senior leadership and collaborate with the CISO and Expert Consulting teams to strengthen the security framework. Your role focuses on risk management, governance, and strategic planning across the development lifecycle. You drive security initiatives that protect the organization while enabling growth and trust with customers.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the Services department aligned with organizational security objectives
- Ensure consistent security policies, standards, and procedures across all Hubs within Services
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities with actionable mitigation plans
- Act as Customer Security Advocate, communicating policies to customer stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure compliance with security regulations, frameworks, and contractual obligations
- Prepare and present clear security reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain security best practices, guidelines, and SOPs within the Services Security Chapter
- Support incident response planning, execution, and post-incident analysis
- Collaborate with the CISO and cross-functional teams (project, operations, engineering)
- Plan capacity and strategic investments for the Services security team
- Plan and approve security travel and training to maintain cutting-edge knowledge
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years in information security
- 5+ years in a global leadership role
- Excellent ability to communicate complex security topics to executives and the board
- Master's degree in a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSSLP, CISM) are a strong plus
