Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end ServiceNow risk, compliance, and resilience transformations for large, global programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to CIO, CISO, CRO, and risk stakeholders, shaping architecture, governance, and delivery across IRM, GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience, and SecOps. You will translate regulatory and business needs into practical designs and measurable outcomes, driving scalable integrations and platform standards. This is a hands-on, executive-facing role that blends solution architecture, consulting, and leadership to deliver significant risk and resilience value.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience, and SecOps solutions
- Define target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and platform governance
- Translate risk, regulatory, audit, and security requirements into designs and plans
- Architect risk management, policy, audit, and continuous control monitoring capabilities
- Design third-party risk management solutions including due diligence, scoring, and remediation
- Lead BCM and Operational Resilience design covering RTO/RPO and crisis management
- Architect SecOps capabilities and integration of cyber findings with enterprise risk processes
- Design integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, CMDB, IAM, SIEM, and ERP systems
- Lead executive workshops, governance forums, and client engagements with senior stakeholders
- Govern delivery teams, ensure solution quality, and mentor the delivery staff
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and GTM assets
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 14+ years in technology risk, GRC, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, or related domains
- 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation experience in enterprise-scale programs
- Deep knowledge of IRM/GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience, and SecOps; risk taxonomy and control frameworks
- Experience leading global onshore/offshore delivery teams and senior client relationships
