Overview
As a ServiceNow Business Consultant, you connect business stakeholders with the technical delivery team to design scalable ServiceNow solutions. You lead client workshops, translate needs into epics and configurations, and guide process optimization. You own engagements end-to-end—from requirements to training and go-live support—while proactively managing risks and improvements. This role sits at the heart of our AI-driven delivery culture, enabling impactful, cross-functional work. You’ll work with clients to shape ServiceNow-driven outcomes within a collaborative, change-embracing environment.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and animate client workshops to understand business needs and co-design solutions
- Partner with business leaders to assess and improve business processes
- Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and scalable configurations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process improvement discussions
- Advise clients on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and stakeholders
- Create and maintain process, requirements, and workflow documentation
- Identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities within scope
- Collaborate with developers and architects to align solutions with business needs
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and functional consulting
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise workflow processes
- Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or CAD) are a plus
