Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end UX research to improve travel experiences for diverse users. You will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate insights into strategic decisions and boost digital accessibility. You’ll manage research programs and mentor others while shaping accessibility strategies across customer journeys. - Lead complex qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods research projects
- Define long-term research programmes aligned with business priorities
- Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable research plans
- Conduct accessibility-focused user research and usability testing
- Synthesize findings across data sources to generate strategic insights
- Guide teams on research methodologies and inclusive practices
- Partner with Product, Design, Data and Customer Experience teams
- Mentor researchers and contribute to research excellence
- Communicate insights to operational and executive stakeholders
- Support evidence-based product and service decisions
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5-8+ years of UX, Customer or User Research experience
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience delivering strategic research programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence business and product decisions through research
- Knowledge of GDPR, research ethics and data compliance
