Overview
In this role you will help build AI-powered agents and applications to automate logistics tasks and improve operations. You will work across teams to define high-impact problems, rapidly deliver production-grade solutions, and collaborate with operators and leadership to turn ambiguity into shipped results. You will contribute to a mission of making global commerce easier and autonomous, impacting thousands of shipments across 112 countries. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role on a small senior team reporting to the VP of Engineering.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents handling real logistics work (customs, documents, exceptions)
- Bridge cross-functional teams to align on problems and drive delivery without waiting for permission
- Move quickly from idea to production and learn from deployments
- Collaborate with operators, domain experts, and leadership to convert ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
