Overview
In this role, you will own and optimize detections end-to-end across endpoints, identities, SaaS, and cloud. You’ll operate within a global security team, shipping detections like software, with CI/CD discipline and measurable quality. You will lead incident response for EMEA hours, automate investigations, and drive systemic fixes. You will define telemetry with product and infrastructure teams and actively threat hunt to expand coverage. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-growing company shaping secure global trade.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and tune detections across endpoint, identity, SaaS, and cloud with version control and CI/CD
- Track detection quality using metrics like MITRE ATT&CK coverage, precision, and time-to-detect
- Own EMEA-hours incident response: triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident retrospective
- Develop automation to reduce investigation toil and ensure cross-timezone context is preserved
- Define telemetry requirements for new systems and collaborate with infra and product teams to close visibility gaps
- Threat hunt across the estate and translate hypotheses into new detections or coverage
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5–8 years of experience in detection engineering, incident response, or threat hunting with hands-on detection tuning
- Proficiency in Python or Go (or similar) and ability to write production-grade detection/automation code
- Experience with a modern SIEM or detection pipeline (Panther, Elastic, Splunk, or similar)
