Overview
In this role you drive the Salesforce-based architecture and delivery for Bynder’s commercial processes, leading a major re-architecture to implement Agentforce Revenue Management atop Sales Cloud. You act as a hands-on project owner, translating strategy into actionable steps and guiding busy GTM and Operations stakeholders. As Bynder embraces AI-first ways, you’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve productivity. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, balancing innovation with ongoing business support, and ensure adoption and governance.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead Salesforce re-architecture and design for Agentforce Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud Advanced + Revenue Cloud Billing) with senior peers
- Translate Salesforce best practices into Bynder’s unique environment and turn strategy into concrete action
- Guide and energize Go-To-Market and Operations stakeholders to stay aligned and progressing
- Own project scope end-to-end—from requirements through design, validation, and change management
- Balance major initiatives with day-to-day support to maintain business continuity
- Design scalable solutions with pragmatic governance to minimize technical debt
- Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, workflows, and timelines for stakeholders
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of Salesforce solution design experience, with proven delivery of complex projects
- Apex/LWC skills are a plus
- Strong architectural skills: process documentation, data modeling, system architecture (UML, BPML)
- Experience with Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes in SaaS; CPQ tools experience required, Agenforce Revenue Management preferred
- Execution mindset with clear project plans and cross-functional accountability
- Stakeholder facilitation and exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Agile (Scrum) project management experience
- Fluency in English
