Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end software implementations for complex, strategic customer projects within a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team. You partner with Solutions Architects to shape delivery while ensuring milestones, budgets, and scope are met, and you guide customers through go‑live and hypercare. You will travel occasionally to align with regional stakeholders and ensure successful delivery. This position offers high visibility and tangible impact on customer outcomes and scale in a SaaS environment.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from post-sale handover to Go-Live and Hypercare
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Lead project governance with status tracking and stakeholder communication
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation and resolution
- Own budget and scope management within commercial parameters
- Act as primary customer contact for project delivery and expectation management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, Support)
- Facilitate project ceremonies (kick-off, weekly status, steering committees, go-live readiness)
- Support testing phases (System Testing & UAT) by coordinating timelines and deliverables
- Drive Go-Live planning and post-launch validation
- Oversee Hypercare and transition to Customer Success
- Track project progress using internal tools (Jira, Zendesk, Rocketlane, etc.)
- Contribute to process improvements and scalable delivery frameworks
- Support pre-sales and discovery with input on timelines and feasibility
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in customer-facing project management roles
- Experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics technology; SaaS implementations; software delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
- Strong risk, budget, and stakeholder management
- Experience with project and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office)
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills for multiple projects
- Comfortable in fast-paced, global environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Experience with TMS, ERP, or supply chain systems is a plus
