Overview
In this role, you lead complex, enterprise-scale customer implementations end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success and business value realization. You collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery excellence and operational efficiency within Rubrik’s Professional Services. You’ll manage scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape how customers realize value from Rubrik technologies at scale. Your impact centers on customer success, governance, and continuous improvement across engagements.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off
- Define scope, milestones, targets, resources, deadlines and budgets for deployments
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and technical dependencies
- Act as single point of contact for executives, internal teams, and partners
- Ensure deliverables meet Rubrik standards and customer objectives
- Contribute to PMO governance via SOPs, methodologies, and KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency and margins
- Establish best practices for engagements, resource planning, utilization tracking, and health reporting
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years of direct project management experience delivering enterprise, customer-facing projects in Professional Services or Consulting
- Experience managing multiple high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced tech environment
- Ability to work autonomously with strong judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations
- Expert knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
