Overview
As Senior Programme Manager, you drive complex digital initiatives for clients, aligning strategy, scope and delivery across cross-functional teams.
You’ll be the main client liaison, translating needs into action plans and guiding projects to technical success.
You lead, coach and develop team members while ensuring value delivery and stakeholder trust.
This role blends business acumen with technical understanding to shape high-impact digital programs within DEPT’s Experience & Engineering group.

- Experience in working with Agile/SCRUM (and knowing when not to use it)
- Excellent planning and results orientation
