Overview
As a Senior Growth Product Manager at Lemonade, you will lead the vision and roadmap for organic growth channels to scale user acquisition and engagement. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn data and user insights into impactful experiments across search, referrals, and lifecycle initiatives. You’ll own experiments from hypothesis to instrumentation and translate results into the next iteration, driving measurable impact. This AI-first environment emphasizes rapid learning and bold ideas grounded in customer insight. You’ll help expand into new geographies while maintaining high standards and fast velocity.

- Set vision and roadmap for organic growth engines balancing business goals with user value
- Identify opportunities across the funnel using customer behavior, user research, and experimentation
- Launch organic, referral, and lifecycle initiatives to attract and retain users
- Run A/B tests with clear hypotheses and instrumentation; translate results into next experiments
- Define and track metrics to measure success and optimize impact
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing from discovery to delivery and measurement
- Challenge assumptions and push for bold, data-backed ideas
