Overview
As a Senior Product Manager in the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), you’ll guide the evolution of our SDLC platform to reduce toil and scale reliability. You’ll own product lifecycle, balance innovation with governance, and collaborate with engineering to deliver standardized, automated workflows. You’ll bridge architecture and tooling, shaping AI-enabled tools and standards to improve developer velocity. Your work helps Adyen engineers deliver value faster while maintaining security and compliance. This is a mission-driven role at a scale-ready fintech platform, offering meaningful impact across teams and products.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Reduce SDLC friction by driving automation and golden-path initiatives
- Own product lifecycle, deprecations, and adoption paths for core tools
- Bridge generic AI models with Adyen’s architecture via standards and pipelines
- Create LEGO-block style abstractions to empower teams while enforcing guardrails
- Track ROI and adoption using data-driven metrics like DXI, Change Failure Rate, and velocity
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years of product experience in Platform Engineering, DevEx, or AI-enabled products
- Technically credible; able to discuss system architecture and CI/CD constraints
- Mastery of change management and driving adoption in opinionated environments
- Data-driven with ability to translate feedback and usage data into impact
- Thrives in ambiguity and executes quickly with imperfect information
