Overview
In this role you will guide customers to build a robust technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll align platform strategy, governance, data, and integrations with customers’ digital transformation goals. You’ll work across executive sponsors, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to drive architecture-led engagements and long-term success. Your expertise will help position ServiceNow as the standard platform for customers and partners, while reducing technical debt and ensuring platform health.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Act as architectural advisor across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal teams
- Translate goals into outcomes and create customer roadmaps
- Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for complex goals
- Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard
- Manage technical governance and a delivery operating model
- Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning with leading practices
- Support sales by scoping, estimating engagements and change orders
- Contribute expertise on leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years in professional services (SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Management consulting experience
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Cloud application technology experience
- Strong analytical ability to drive issue resolution
- Right to work in country
- Fluent in English and Dutch (preferred)
