- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people solutions
- Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Lead and support large-scale transformation and change initiatives
- Drive organisational effectiveness through structure design and team development
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and HR stakeholders on people programmes
- Coach senior leaders to build high-performing teams
- Support growth by aligning talent with business needs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people policies
- Use business and people data to influence workforce strategies
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Proven track record of partnering with Director/VP/Executive-level stakeholders
- Strong experience in organisational design, transformation, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align HR with business objectives
- Experience in complex international and matrix organisations
- Strong problem-solving skills and navigating ambiguity
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
