Overview
As Senior Manager, SAP Architecture & IT Delivery, you will own the regional SAP landscape and drive the rollout of the global SAP blueprint across EMEA, APAC and MASA. You translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions, lead cross‑regional delivery, and partner with North America teams and vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution. You’ll shape roadmaps, manage migrations, and balance global standardization with local requirements. This role combines architecture leadership with program delivery to enable growth and efficiency.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead regional SAP landscape and oversee global blueprint rollout across multiple regions
- Develop and drive SAP roadmaps (S/4HANA, BTP, cloud adoption)
- Govern integration with Salesforce, UKG, Martech, MES, WMS, TMS and third‑party logistics systems
- Coordinate offshore and onshore delivery resources; manage scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and transition to support
- Drive change management, training, and user adoption with regional leaders
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Manage vendor and system integrator relationships and drive regional demand management
- Ensure local localization requirements (tax, invoicing, language, currency) are addressed
- Communicate status to steering committees and executive sponsors
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years SAP experience (ECC and S/4HANA)
- 5+ years in SAP solution or enterprise architecture roles
- Proven track record leading full‑lifecycle SAP implementations and multi‑country rollouts
- Experience delivering global SAP templates/blueprints in matrix organizations
- 7+ years leading distributed and offshore teams
- Strong program management, budget, vendor, and SI coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
