Overview
In this role, you will lead high-priority global product strategy programs and provide executive support to Product leadership. You’ll translate long-term product vision into actionable roadmaps, governance, and execution plans across regions and functions. You’ll shape strategies that fuel brand growth and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and frame global product strategy programs from initiation to execution with clear objectives and milestones
- Develop integrated roadmaps and timelines across teams and regions; monitor progress and risks
- Translate long-term product vision into concrete strategic initiatives and action plans
- Partner with Business Unit leaders and cross-functional teams to align strategies with brand vision and growth goals
- Provide executive support by structuring agendas, decisions, and follow-ups; prepare leadership materials
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance processes to improve delivery quality
- Drive governance improvements, tools, and ways of working to ensure transparency and accountability
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, Program Management, Executive Support or related field
- Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to generate actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting senior leaders with decision-making, prioritization and trade-off discussions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics
- Strong stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
- Comfort with ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset and collaborative, hands-on team approach
- Experience in fashion, retail, consumer goods or product-led industries preferred
- Experience in multinational or consulting environments is an advantage
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; fluent English (written and spoken)
