Overview
As Senior Manager in EY’s GBS Transformation team, you lead high-impact enterprise services transformations across functions and geographies. You’ll shape transformation agendas with senior leaders, drive multi-workstream programs, and embed digital capabilities to unlock value and resilience. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment at EY, influencing markets and expanding client impact. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead senior client relationships with enterprise and functional leaders to align transformation priorities and drive performance at scale
- Build and coach diverse engagement teams, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture
- Shape and deliver multi-workstream GBS transformation programs across strategy, operating model design, governance, and service management
- Drive digital transformation through automation, AI, and workflow technologies with strong governance and measurable outcomes
- Originate opportunities, lead proposals and client pitches, and contribute to market positioning and thought leadership
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience in multifunction GBS or large-scale operating model change
- Experience leading GBS transformation across strategy, design, implementation, transition, governance, and service management
- Knowledge of automation, workflow, and AI in enterprise operations
- Strong KPI and value-driver understanding for GBS performance
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams; executive presence to influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial acumen including account development, opportunity identification, and proposal development
- Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and client-ready output skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft or similar transformation tools
- Fluent English; Dutch/French/German proficiency is a plus
- Established professional network and industry focus within GBS would be advantageous
