In this Senior/Lead AI Consultant role, you drive the hands-on deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, blending platform know-how with AI-augmented workflows to achieve measurable outcomes. You lead with clear specifications, directing AI agents to build data models, analyses, and operational solutions while validating results in the customer context. You translate business needs into technical solutions and maintain business relevance throughout delivery. You’ll work closely with customers to maximize adoption, value realization, and long-term success, shaping scalable patterns for repeatable impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Lead end-to-end Celonis deployments for enterprise clients, translating objectives into high-impact use cases and defining data requirements and success criteria
• Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses, and validate outputs against business requirements
• Configure and roll out Celonis solutions across the platform (Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, AI-powered insights)
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, collaborating with customers to validate relevance and accuracy of AI outputs
• Lead value-creation workshops, define KPIs, and design operational solutions to drive adoption and measurable improvements
• Enable customer users to operate and extend solutions post-implementation, ensuring long-term adoption and value realization
• Document design decisions and configurations for future handoff and reference
• Develop deep domain expertise (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, ITSM) and translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns and best practices
• Proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases, influencing platform roadmap in collaboration with Product and Business Apps teams

Belangrijkste vereisten

• 4-7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement in software vendors or systems integrators
• Proficiency with Celonis platform: data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation; strong SQL, Python, and PQL skills
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor); ability to write specifications and evaluate AI outputs; prompt/context engineering is a plus
• Deep understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and core process areas is a plus
• Strong consulting skills: stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and delivering outcomes amidst ambiguity
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact
• Learning agility and comfort with evolving AI tools and ambiguity
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• English fluency; travel up to 50% as needed
